Be inspired on Facebook

Here are five FB pages that you should Like (and Follow!)

Goalcast
I follow the page for motivational words and videos from iconic persons. Influential speeches and words of wisdom that will truly strike your heart and instantly change your mindset.

For some motivational words and cute printables that you could design on your room for little reminders in life.

Positivity along the way. The page share pretty posts about positivity and little insperation to start your day happy and lively.

I follow these pages on facebook and i makes a lot of difference! Whenever I feel down, these posts just randomly pop up on my newsfeed and I could do nothing but feel inspired as well. I highly suggest following them as well. :)

How to meditate? (C2's POV)

So I will just share some tips based on what I do when I meditate. Usually after meditation, I listen to Christian songs or write down my thoughts in my journal. It just depends on how you want to relax. I do that for a healthier mind, body and spiritual health.

First I start with having a refreshing bath, wear my comfortable clothes, clearing my bed and turning on the air conditioner to have a relaxing temperature and environment

I log off my facebook and other social media accounts for a while so I could focus more on myself and my meditation (Seriosly, the sound of the facebook chat will just ruin your concentration).

I look for meditation videos on Youtube. These videos are usually accompanied by voices instructing you on what to do (best for first times).. You just simply follow what it says. Sometimes, I find it difficult to close my eyes. Imagination plus being scared of ghosts are not good combination specially if you are alone in the room. So what I do is keep my eyes awake fut focus on one point or object and continue to listen. Once you get the hang of the meditation, you could just simply listen to relaxing music (Spotify is the best) and meditate.

I also take that moment to reflect on life. I ask myself questions, sometimes I cry just to let go of all the negative feelings that I have inside. "Let it go" kumbaga. And afterwards, I would feel better again, stronger and more motivated than before.

WHAT?
Here are the questions I usually ask myself first.
  • "How have you been since last week?"
  • "What do you feel right now? Are you happy? sad? Feeling lost?"
these questions are about being mindful of the stuffs that stresses you out. Enumerate the things that stresses you and do not be shy to cry them out. It is about admitting to yourself what was wrong and never denying them. In science, it is all about "Identifying the problem".

WHY?
The Second focuses on the Root of the problem.
No matter how sad you are, you have to dig in into the main cause of your stress. As if when dignosing, you have to understand the cause of the pain.
  • "What have you done wrong that it lead to that?"
  • "Why did it happen?"
  • "What caused that problem?"
Is it something you had done? Is it because of someone? Is it because of an event in your life? It s okay to put the blame on someone at first.. but try to be honest to yourself and admit what you have done wrong so you will know excatly how to prevent it or what to do to solve it.

HOW?
How to solve the issue. We try to ask and seek advice from our friends. That I helpful, I know. But It is best to think about it first. Pretend that someone is bearing exactly the same problem and would ask you for an advice. What will you say? It may be hard at first but I believe that you know exactly what to do. You may just be not sure or scared enough to do it. It depends on you if you wanna push yourself. Just keep in mind that I have to do at least something to solve your problem. Kahit paunti-unti.

Never let it pile up. there are lots of motivatonal sayings to accompany that one.. But in my point of you, If you still can't, just do what you can kahit paunti-unti.

This is the time I start writing what I should do on my journal. It may not work for some kasi the tasks would look very long. So it depends on you. It just serves as my guide. You would be powered up by this time. Very motivated to start on the task and ready to finish up all the work. But I do not recommend starting yet. This is your time to be stress-free and to take a rest. Seryoso. DO NOT START WORKING YET. Your mind and body needs time to relax after the emotional outburst.

What I do after that is to write down on my journal. You could write down anything. What you have learned, how the meditation made you feel, How motivated you are, How positive you are. Accompany that with a happy music (Swear, Spotify is really helpful because you could just pick songs depending on your mood). Sometimes I would fall directly to sleep feeling blissful.

Tho sometimes the motivated feeling just wouldn't go. Kaya minsan di padin ako mkatulog. You could prepare what you need to start your work tomorrow so you would have the feeling of achieving something that would help you fall to sleep at ease.

These are the stuffs that I do whenever I meditate and reflect. I hope these tips could help and motivate you to practice this stress-reliever.

Lovelots, C2

Healthy mind (plus Buddhism's virtues on health and life)

Disclaimer: I haven't talked to the religious affiliation and  these stuffs I will be discussing are just based on my own views and opinions. I learned about the stuffs from the internet and thought these would help motivating people to have healthier life.

Wanting to learn more about other culture's point of view towards a healthy life, I tried researching for the eightfold path.

The Picture above is the Buddhism's Eightfold path. It is the basis for Buddhist practice. Here I found a picture which summarized all:

Embracing other culture's views as long as it helps you get a better life is good. I am raised as a Roman Catholic but I am open towards other's beliefs like what Adventists believes in.. especially when it comes to health. For I believe they all just have one goal, to have a healthy overall lifestyle.

Right effort talks about positivity. Giving that effort to remove the bad thoughts your have in life. Have you encountered the saying "Positivity attitude attracts positive things?" lol. gawa gawa ko lang yung words na yun pero I know once in your life you have encounterd something similar with that. Law of attraction yata yun? Anyways, The lesson there is sticking to the concept and having only the right mental attitude. Keep the negative thoughts and emotions away and embracing positivity.

Right Mindfulness and Meditation I am having hard time defining the best explanation for the two but I believe they interrelate with each other..

Months ago, I have read the importance of meditation, personally,  At least once a week (either friday or saturday night), I engage myself to a mind-power up which includes meditation. I try to look for videos on youtube (you just simply search for "meditation" videos) and listen to it. There are lots of variety, but majority are to prevent anxiety and stress. It works for me that is why I encourage my friends to spend at least once a week to that kind of activity. It eases anxiety, helps you become stress-free. It keeps me relaxed, calm, positive and happy. And have the feeling of refreshed and motivated as well.

PayMaya app review 2017

For months, I kept looking for a prepaid card that I can use for Paypal and other online transactions.Obtaining a credit card is not one of my choices 'cuz I don't have my own source of income yet (still a dependent student here!).
So I tried Globe's Gcash Mastercard Beep card before but was very disappointed by their service.
I was actually eyeing for either BPI's Prepaid card or the BPI-Ayala Amore Card (The Amore card looks really cute kasi). But BPI's fees are too much considering my budget for account maintenance and such.

I badly want an item online but it was only available from suppliers from outside of the country. I've searched Ebay, Amazon and other sites but AliExpress gave me the most "sulit" deal so I decided to try it. But one major problem blocking me was the Payment options.

Usually, we use my mom's credit card when paying for online transactions like when buying tickets from Cebu Pacific Air during their Pisofare promos. And knowing my mom, she doesn't trust other online stores because of the fear of being charged/billed more than the correct amount needed (scared actually to get scammed by fake online stores). So even without telling her the idea of ordering from AliExpress, I could already smell rejection from her :(.

But this Item is what I've been looking for for months now and they aren't available in the wonderful pasilios of divisoria. So I tried researching for something I could use for that PayPal credit card payment part. And I discovered the PayMaya App.

I've heard about PayMaya before and their Beep card. A friend of mine got his after applying from a kiosk in LRT2 last August but I dismissed the fact of applying as well since PayMaya isn't really famous that time.

PayMaya: The safe and easy way to pay online

PayMaya is an app that lets you pay online so you can buy the things you'd love to have, without a credit card. The app could be downloaded in Google Play and from the Apple store. Upon signing up, It gives you a virtual credit card which you could use instantly.

To sign up, you just need your PHONE NUMBER (they will use his to contact and update you for every transaction you do when using PayMaya and its services) The number could be from ANY network providers (Globe,Smart,Tm,etc.) as long as it is active. (Not to worry 'cuz PayMaya DOESN'T charge anything for every sms they sent to you).

Why having a PayMaya is a major "YES-YES" today?

1. ONLINE SHOPPING!!!

With the app, you could buy stuffs online by giving you your own visa prepaid card that you could load up and fund easily. You just have to input your card details and you're good to go. (just make sure that your account is funded.)

you could:
  • Shop at Zalora, Amazon (and anywhere--thanks to the credit card *winks* )
  • Book flights at PAL and other booking sites (CEB, AirAsia, etc.) by using your visa (credit-card-like) card to pay
  • Book accomodations in AirBnB and other booking sites.
  • Buy tickets from TicketNet, TicketWorld or SM Tickets
  • Buy credits from GooglePlay, Apple store and Playstation network. (Finally! I could buy lots of awesome apps <3)
  • Purchase Steam credits (don't really know how that one works. haha!)
  • Get Discounts on Deal sites like Ensogo, MetroDeal or DealGrocer (much of my addiction.. really. 'cuz I could get discounts especially on entrance tickets of some attractions here in the country)
  • Get Discounts in restaurants, concert ticketsa and events - thanks to VISA
  • Get Spotify premium! and enjoy the music-all-you-want wherever you go even without data
  • Easily order Food from FoodPanda
  • Subscribe to Netflix! (and watch movies, documentaries, series and more)
  • and finally, Link it to PayPal! (my main reason actually for using PayMaya)
    • To link your Paypal, you just have to simply sign up/register for a PayPal account.
    • Make sure to load at least 1 dollar in your paymaya account (In my case, I loaded up Php100 )
    • In the Paymaya account page/dashboard, Click Add a credit card, You have to provide your Virtual Card Number (Visa), Expiry date of the card and the CVV2 (the three digit code)
    • Once approved, you will receive a SMS notification in your phone deducting 1 dollar (Php50.88-based on current rate) on your account. This will also be given back to you after few minutes (Mine took only 2 minutes)
    • These transaction will also be reflected in your mobile app. You may now use your Visa for Paymaya :)

2. LOADING UP IS SUPER EAAASY!!! (and fast!)

You could load up in 7-eleven connect kiosk which I find super duper hassle-free. (No queue numbers and long lines). Aside from that, you could cash-in from other stores:
  • Robinsons Department stores
  • SM business center
  • SMART money
  • SMART padala Centers
  • BDO
  • 7-eleven stores with Cliqq Kiosks
  • (soon) MiniStop
  • (soon) FamilyMart

Click here for instructions how to load up your account.

note: Some loading methods requires you to pay service fee up to worth 15 pesos. but when I tried loading up Php400 at 7-eleven.. there is no service fee! (Yey!)

3. LOTS (and lots and lots) OF PROMOS AND FREEBIES

Click here to see the list of PayMaya's current promos. Never miss out 'cuz there are lots of freebies like Loads, products and huge discounts specially for  PayMaya app users.

4. BUY LOAD (AT DISCOUNTED RATES!!)

You heard it right.. with discounts! You could use their app and buy eLoad & Call and text promos at cheaper rates. Php 18.40 for a regular 20 pesos load and as save as much as Php80 pesos when loading up worth 1,000 pesos!! come on! that's a huge discount considering most of the retail loading stations are adding up one to three pesos for every load transaction you have.    Update: You can now buy load for both Globe and SMART

5. SEND MONEY TO ANYONE (but you need to upgrade your account to have this)

hmmm.. maybe try this next time. I will just update you guys if i have tried it.

Update: Since I have upgraded my account last 2016, I had the advantage to try sending money. It works pretty Easy! I tried sending Php 14 to another account and it was successful (Plus you could send simple message together with the money you are giving.

6. PAY BILLS

Yey! Paying Bills online would make my life waaaaay easier!!!

Update: As of January 2017, Paying Bills is now accessible thru Paymaya (Even if your account is not upgraded)

In the "Pay Bills" tab of your mobile app, wou will be required to fill in details such as:
  1. Biller
  2. Acount Number
  3. Exact Amount

You could pay bills to the following companies:
  • ABS-CBN Mobile
  • AEON
  • Bayantel
  • Cignal Mediascape
  • Destiny Cable
  • Finas Wide
  • Fortune Medicare
  • Globe Telecom
  • Home Credit
  • Innove Communications
  • Laguna Water
  • MERALCO
  • Manila Memorial Park
  • Manila Water
  • Manulife
  • Manulife China Bank
  • Manuplans
  • Maxicare
  • Maynilad Water
  • PLDT
  • PLDT Ultera (Smart MyBro)
  • Paramount Insurance
  • PhilamLife
  • Sky Affiliates
  • Sky Cable
  • Smart Communications (Bro)
  • Smart Communications (PostPaid)
  • Sun Cellular (Digitel)
  • Sun Life Canada
  • Sun Life Plans

MY EXPERIENCE:
After downloading the app from the apple store (was using my iPad that time and downloaded it in my android phone after realizing that this app would be so useful), I signed up. Received the verification code via sms after few minutes and entered it in the app. Activated the virtual visa card and received another sms confirming that my visa card is now activated.

I went to the nearest 7-eleven store to load up my account. here are the steps on how to cash-in:
  1. Visit the 7-eleven store and proceed to the Cliqq Kiosk.
  2. Select e-money
  3. Then choose PayMaya
  4. enter the phone number you wish to load up and the mobile number you used to register on PayMaya (the good thing is, you could load up for someone else's PayMaya account) make sure to double check the number!!
  5. Enter how much you want to cash-in
  6. The kiosk will issue a receipt and pay it in the Cashier.
  7. Once completed, PayMaya will send you an SMS confirming the transaction and updating you how much credits you still have in your account.

I signed up for PayPal also, paid my orders from AliExpress and paid using my Paypal.
Every time I made payments, PayMaya sends me an SMS and is reflected also on the app.

left: (using other camera) shot of the PayMaya app on android after loading up at 7-eleven
right: screenshot of the PayMaya app on iOS showing complete history of my transactions.

comparing the Android and apple PayMaya apps:

Android PayMaya app requires you to enter your password everytime you open the app and wouldn't let you screenshot the app.  (Security features)

Apple PayMaya app also requires you to enter your password too (or you could just simply use your UserID fingerprint to sign in). Also, you could screenshot the app.
note: if you are using an iPad, make sure to change the settings from "iPad only apps" to "iPhone only apps".

ISSUES:

I have been using my Paymaya for my online transactions (buying from AliExpress) and as a payment methods for my online shop. It was working pretty well buy I had one issue wherein one of my Clients loaded up Php900+ pesos. It was reflected on my account but to my dismay, 7-eleven deducted the same amount. In other words, they took back the money! I tried contacting Paymaya(thru landline and FB messenger) The FB service wasn't really good but the hotline works well. The customer service instructed me what to do and confirmed that the transaction wasn't successful-so they told me I have to go back to the 7-eleven branch. It was a hassle considering that my client had to go back again. In the end, I let the issue go (leaving a loss of almost a thousand :( And did not consider Paymaya as a mode of Payment for my online shop again.

Another issue is that I LOST MY PHONE!! and the FB customer service isn't really helpful. but I tried looking into their FAQs and discovered I could still access my account (provided that I know the number and password). I forgot my password as well so I had to recover it with their "Forget password" feature.

What happens to my account if my phone is stolen/lost?
If you linked a post-paid mobile number to your PayMaya:
  • Report it to your mobile network
  • Once you recover your mobile number
  • Install your new SIM into a new device
  • Download the PayMaya app and log back into your account.
If you linked a prepaid mobile number to your PayMaya:
  • Use a different smartphone (Android, iOS) to log in to your account
  • Change your password
  • Use up your balance if you have any
  • If your account is upgraded and you have the physical card, withdraw any remaining balance or send it to another PayMaya account
  • Create a new PayMaya account using a new mobile number

What I did:
I made a new account (with my new number), retrieved my password in my old account and since I my old account is upgraded, I was able to send the remaining balance to my new account. I tried linking my old physical card to my new account but it doesn't work. I could contact Paymaya again but for now,
I ain't considering updating my new account anymore. My plan is just to use my new account (virtual visa) for my online transactions (buying items online) and consume all remaining balance by buying Load.

............

CONCLUSION:
Weighing my experience, Paymaya has both pros and cons. But I still like how they try to improve their services. In my year of using the app, I have seen improvements in their customer service and types of product offerings.

PayMaya is still useful for simple transactions like loading, online shopping where visa is accepted, paying small bills because of the easy access & convenience. But I really don't advice using Paymaya for transactions worth around a thousand pesos and above.

For more details, visit their site , follow them on facebook and read the frequently asked questions here as a guide.

The PayMaya services offers great solution for our everyday needs (and WANTS!! I mean it. those little obsessions of ordering cute and wonderful and amazing stuffs online). and the best part is..
IT IS FREE!!! no registration fees, monthly subscription fees, etc. and by looking at it, PayMaya is expanding more of its services to make our lives easier. More power PayMaya! :D

Paano mag move-on (compilation)

Disclaimer: i did not write this article. I just saw it from other sites and compiled it for personal purposes of reminding myself how to moveon. Lol

How to move on:

First.. Remind yourself that moving on is the best choice specially if:
> You’re asking for attention and affection.

You should never have to look for evidence that the other person likes you. It should be clear. Nor should you ever have to earn love from that person. You are lovable and valuable, simply because you are here. Love from your significant other should be freely given. It should never have to be begged for or asked for.

> You can’t be your true self.

Are you constantly trying to make yourself more “pleasing” for the person you’re with? you shouldn’t feel that way all the time.Accept, love and be yourself. It’s not a solid relationship if you can’t ask for what you want/need, or can’t simply be yourself without fear the other person will leave you.

> S/he doesn’t invite you anywhere.

If someone wants you around, he or she should be proud to bring you places. Please remember your friendship, love, time and company are gifts, not burdens, and deserve to be treated that way. He or she is separating you from others

> You keep trying to “fix” your significant other.

You keep making excuses for your partner’s actions. You have to date the person, not his or her potential.Otherwise, you’re wasting precious moments of happiness focusing on what “could be” instead of the reality of what is.

> Your relationship is one-sided.

People will always be willing to go out of their way, sacrifice and make the effort for things that are important to them. It’s exhausting to give 100 percent of yourself to a person who only gives you 20 percent in return. You deserve to be just as much of a priority as you make your partner.A relationship is a two-way street.

> You have to convince yourself you’re happy.

Don’t keep someone around who leaves you feeling exhausted and depleted every day. Friendship and love should be sources of joy, not stress. If you have to sit and think if you love your partner, you probably don’t; rather,  you like the idea of him or her.

I read a quote once that said, “If you find something good, hold onto it. If you have to convince yourself that it’s good every day, let it go.”

At the end of the day, regret nothing. Time spent with the wrong person can sometimes bring about the right things. Although it’s scary, sometimes you need to run away to see who is running with you.Realizing I deserved better was the first step to receiving it. It’s better to have nobody than to have someone who is halfway there, or doesn’t want to be there.

Don’t hold on to someone who doesn’t deserve you, or stay in a place that causes you more pain than joy.

Will it be hard? Yes! But it’s better to have some temporary pain than a lifetime of being stuck somewhere you know you don’t belong.

You can care about someone, forgive someone, want good things for someone, and still move on without him or her.

You don’t lose anything when you let go of someone who doesn’t care for you the way you deserve; you gain back who you are.

I’ve said this is an another article before, and I will say it again now: You don’t have to have romantic love in your life to have love in your life. Open your eyes to the beautiful world all around you.

Romantic love will come in due time.
------

Stop Loving Someone You Have a Crush On

Ask yourself if you really love this person. Sometimes it might feel like you love someone - the hot guy who works at Starbucks, someone you met on the internet, etc. - but it's really just an infatuation or crush. Yes, you might think about them all the time and imagine what it would be like to be with them, but if you never spend any time with them or they don't even know you exist, it's unlikely that what you're feeling is love.
True love requires reciprocation, it requires spending time with the person and getting to know all of their individual quirks and flaws.
If you haven't experienced this, then it's more likely that you're more in love with the idea of the person, than with the person themselves.
If you can persuade yourself that what you're feeling isn't really love - in the true sense of the word - then you will find it a lot easier to move on.

Make a list of all the reasons why it would never work.

Making a list of concrete reasons why a relationship between you and the other person would never work can be very helpful when you're pining for them and need a little reminder of why you should stop.
It could be absolutely anything - from the fact that there's a thirty year age gap between you, to the fact that they're gay, to the fact that you could never truly love someone who has a tattoo of a Celtic cross on their left bicep.
Be brutally honest with yourself - your heart will thank you for it in the long run. Tell yourself that he/she isn't the nicest person and they don't deserve you.

Focus on developing relationships with available people.

Do yourself a favor and stop mooning over someone it's never going to work out with and start focusing your attentions on someone more available. Perhaps you've been so busy loving someone from a distance that you haven't noticed your soul mate sitting right under your nose.
You know that male friend that's always offering to carry your books for you? Or that girl who looks you directly in the eyes and smiles every time she passes by? Focus on him/her.
Even if you don't develop any romantic engagements immediately, it's always good to put yourself out there and endeavor to meet new people.

Remind yourself that you deserve to love someone who loves you back.

Unrequited love is painful and is something that no one deserves to live with forever, especially someone as amazing as you. You deserve to be with someone who adores you, who thinks the sun shines out of you, who wants to spend the rest of their lives with you. Forget the idiot who doesn't love you back and refuse to settle for anything less than pure, unadulterated adoration.
Try using positive affirmations to remind yourself of how awesome you are. Look in the mirror and repeat five times "I am an amazing person who deserves to be loved". You may feel silly at first, but sooner or later it will start to sink in.

Paano gumawa ng dental cast. warning:puno ng hugot

Una, siguraduhing may maayos na impression ka na ng ngipin. para meron kang pagbubuhusan ng dental stone mo. Ugali natin to eh. Pang apat, Maghintay. Matagal magset. matutong maghintay. Wag mong minamadali kasi baka hindi pa eto yung perfect moment or perfect timing. Dadating din tayo dyan basta wag kang magmadali, di kasi dapat minamadali when it comes to love. Pang lima, iseperate ang impression sa cast. paghiwalayin sila, Wag kang umasa bh3, walang forever.. Maghihiwalay din kayo sa dulo.

C2's guide kung paano mag moveon (Mahinahon edition)

Important: Read the following slowly and mahinahon-ly. Everything written here ay walang balot ng hinanakit at ka-bitter-an. Purong pagmamahal lamang.

1. Acceptance. If tapos ka nang maging bitterella at alam mo sa sarili mo you are doing this for yourself.. Acceptance would be the best. It would take lots of time i guess. Okay lang. Take your time. Pag di mo pa kaya.. Follow the bitterella edition muna.
Sa acceptance kasi, dun mo tatanggapin yung situation.. Yung totoo. Oo mahal mo sya. Pero.. Hindi kasi fairytale yung buhay na princess ka.. Sya prince charming mo. Hindi porket mahal mo sya.. Automatic na ganun din sya sayo. Tanggapin mo na.. Yun lang kaya nyang ioffer ngayon... Friendship.

2. Change the way you see yourself. Isipin mo na you are doing this for good. Hindi yung kind ng bitter tulad nung mga sinabi ko last time. For good kasi you just want to be better kasi alam mo sa sarili mo na you are not just some guy/girl na naghahabol sa kanya.. Na nagpapakatanga kakahintay sa kanya.. You are more than that! Special ka and dont just settle na hanggan ganun ka nalang.

3. Love Again. Lift your chin up kasi this time, magpapaka-mature ka na. Na babaguhin mo priorities mo.. Kasi this time.. You should be shifting the love mo para sa kanya to yourself. #LoveYourself. I suggest na wag ka munang lumandi.. Or magentertain ng other guys/girls. Take the moment to reflect and mas mahalin mo yung sarili mo... Sayo muna. Kasi deserve mo ng pagmamahal... Wag mo hingin yun mula sa iba.

4. Write a letter. For that someone na gusto mong pag move-on-an.. Hindi mo naman ibibigay yun sa kanya.. Just. Mag thank you ka sa mga magagandang nagawa nya for you.. Sa mga ala-ala.. Magsorry ka din sa mga bagay na hindi mo dapat ginawa. Lahat... Ilabas mo lang, Let go and never leave something unsaid (in this case, unwritten)

5. Look at his/her picture. Ang funny no. Nainlove ka sa taong yun despite his imperfections. Well. Ganun buhay eh.. Pero ang magical nung feeling no? Imagine na sometime in the future..  Someone out there... Titignan din yung picture mo na punong puno ng pagmamahal. Na kahit na andami mong flaws... Mahal at pinahahalagahan ka nung taong yun. .ang sayang isipin no? Ngayon...ask yourself.. Paano mo mahahanap yung taong yun if patuloy mong ikukulong yung sarili mo sa kasawian mo ngayon?

6. Everytime na makikita mo sya.. Sa picture man or sa personal..
Sabay ngiti. Walang halong ka-bitter-an. Remember... Nag resign ka na sa pagiging bitterella.

7. Dapat ba syang iwasan or hindi? Hmm.. Not sure. Pero kung ako... Maglalagay lang ako muna ako ng little space between the two of us.. Kaylangan ko kasi gawin lahat nung mga namention sa taas and i cant do it if andyan sya lagi. Space space space pero hindi to the point na tinataguan mo sya everytime. Remember, friends padin naman kayo... Sadyang this time.. Ginagawan mo lang ng favor ang sarili mo.

8. Explain if you must. Baka kasi iapproach ka nya and ask you what's wrong. (if he/she values your friendship at di sya sanay na naglalagay ka na ng space between the two of you) Just be honest. Sabihin mo kasi na you are doing this for the purpose of moving on kasi you want to be happy.

9.  Maybe there would come a time na bigla nalang namimiss mo sya and maiisip mo na hindi nagwowork kasi inabot na ng buwan.. Di ka padin makamoveon. Mahirap controlin yung ganyan. Namimiss mo eh. Di kita pipigilan kung ano trip mong gawin. Pero Suggestion ko,. Try to do all steps again. Nawawala ka lang siguro and parang retreat, you need to be redirected. Okay lang yan.. Normal lang yan.

10. Time. Matagal yung proseso. Pero i guess if nainternalize mo talaga.. Naaccept mo ngbuong puso, naexpress mo yung mga nararamdaman mo.., etc. mas madali nalang. Okay lang if paulit ulit ka na.. Wag mo ipressure sarili mo. Just.. Give yourself time, makakamoveon ka din

2. Mindsetting. Walang kayo. Either best friend. Friend. Aquaintance. Classmate. O stranger LANG turing nya sayo. masakit. I know. Pero unahan mo na mga mangyayari. Mas okay nang mas maaga mo na matanggap dahil mahirap umasa! Palitan mo pangalan nya from Crush/Baby to "Bestfriend" or kung anu man ang status nyo.

3. Umiyak. Okay lang yan. I-iyak mo nalang. Ilabas mo lang yung sakit. Kung ayaw... I-utot mo na dn. para at least diba, naishare mo din sa iba (maygad. Kadiri). Pero seryoso. Talk to your bestfriends and ilabas mo yung sakit.

4. Magpakabitter. Minsan kasi... Dyan nailalabas yung natitirang hinanahit.

Plus.. You are opening doors para dun sa taong nilaan ni Lord para sayo. (Keysa nagpapakatanga ka lang sa kanya)

6. Magpakabusy ka. Maraming mas gwapo sa paligid... Kung di mo makita.. Tignan ang phone. Buksan ang wattpad. Andaming ubod ng gwapo dun :3 hahhaha. Read books, novels, do some hobbies para di mo lagi naiisip feelings mo para sa kanya.

7. Laitin sya. (Sa isip mo lang ha). I know na sya yung pinakagwapong pinakamabait na prince charming mo. Pero frog na sya!  Parang si prince naveen. Frog prince. Ilista mo yung mga flaws nya at yung reasons bakit hindi sya deserving ng pagmamahal mo.

8. Flip your hair. Maganda ka. Tanga sya kasi di nya nakikita yung kagandahan mo both inside and out. Kung feeling mo hindi ka maganda... Lapitan mo yung mga taong nakikita yung kagandahan mo. Yung mga Friends mo. Socialize para hndi sya lagi naiisip mo.

9. Kung feeling mo padin hindi ka maganda. Make yourself better. Not for him.. Pero para sa sarili mo. Durog na durog yung puso mo... Ayun muna unahin mo. Ika nga... love yourself.

10. Be happy. Sus. Lalake lang yan! Okay lang maging single beh. Marami tayo. Basta importante. Sumaya ka and ganun din mga taong nakapaligin sayo. Malay mo. Sa pagiging masayahin mo pala. Di mo alam... Nafafall na pala yung #theRightOne para sayo.

Xend Courier services 2017 review

Being a part-time online shop seller, we are aware of different courier services available. There is the well-known LBC, 2GO, Xend, Fastrack, Abest Express and new ones such as Grab Express and Vrush.

Being a newbie in the field of online selling, I only rely on LBC and JRS express because of their proven reliability and location. Those are the only services with outlets near my area (Quiapo, Manila) and considering also the fact that I could not book home pickups because of my schedule in school.

Having the free time, I decided to try Xend Business Solutions Inc.

Most of online shops in facebook and instagram rely on Xend for their shipping needs. Xend has been around 10 years now and both offers domestic and international shipping for less.

Why Xend?
~ first, Affordable. Compared to other leading commercial couriers out there, Xend services are cheaper by almost 50%.
~ they offer FREE PICKUP SERVICES. These are good for those who are usually home-based and dislikes going to malls of branches of courier services.
~ most of transactions are based ONLINE. Whether it is scheduling for a pickup, printing waybills or  auto-emails. Good for those busy sellers who values time.

Why not?
~ Known to offer shipping services for less, many people choose Xend. Therefore, More costumers to serve, that sometimes they could not accommodate numbers causing delays. (Waiting is an option. Especially if you are thrifty and wants to save cash)
~ There have been many complaints about their services. Missing, delayed, damaged. But based on some current reviews, Xend is now performing better than before. (Di namn kasi tatagal nang more than 10 years yung company if they perform badly right?)

So today, I tried to sign up for a Xend account. It was easy...Just provide an email, name, contact number and complete address they would use to go to you upon scheduling a pickup.

I also printed three waybills for three different items I want to ship:
(my location is Quiapo, Metro Manila)

  1. Greeting cards for my relatives in Arkansas, U.S.A. (Php 249) Postal 7-15days
  2. A letter and a gift for my bestfriend in Santa Rosa, Laguna (Php 99) UnlipakL provincial 2-3 days
  3. Another letter for a friend in Quezon City (Php 59) UnlipakL metro manila 1-2 days

For the rates of each, I refered to their site. www.xend.com.ph

I scheduled a pickup for (did it online at 4am) - Saturday (Jan16,2016) and expecting a good service by today. Will post updates soon.

UPDATE:
1:15pm today, Xend representative came to pick up my items. I told him that it is my first time with Xend and i don't have Unlipack pouches.

He generously game me 30pcs L and 8pcs XL pouches and a notebook of blank waybills.

The guys also told me that of representatives doesn't shop up at around 3pm, we may drop off our unlipaks at 7-eleven stores. (Something that is also convenient for a student like me with a busy schedule)

I informed him about the items I would ship. The provincial and metro are okay but we had problems in the pricing of my item that should be shipped internationally.

I was quoted 1,590 for the U.S.A. item dahil EMS lang daw. (1week shipping only). I informed him i'd back out because of insufficient funds.. Those are just greeting cards, spending that amount would be... Hmm.. Not that wise. STILL, I was impressed by how these Xend people are giving effort because he quickly asked his co-workers if there is any other way-Postal... Two thumbs up for that ;)

So, we packed up the remaining two items and he informed me that I should sign in the "Shippers signature part of the waybill" ahead and write down the tracking number in the pouch ahead for faster transactions next time.

I payed total of Php 158.00 (Php 59 for Metro manila & 99 for provincial)

*Additional 1peso would be added the next time I use the waybills in the notebook. No additional fees if you print your waybills from their site.

In general, the experience was Good. Though there was no specific time of pick-up, the representative arrived within the day.

What I didn't like is the issue with regards to the amount quoted on my international shipment (Postal 7-15days) because it was different from the one showed on their site.

I like the effort 'kuya' did to solve the postal issue, The tips he gave me for my next transactions, the generous amounts of unlipak pouches (ang bait ni kuya) and most importantly, the fast service with Xend.

Next update, we'll see how their "Tracking services" work (if it really serves its purpose) and How long would the items arrive.
...
UPDATE(2017):

I have been using Xend in the first few months as my courrier for my online shop. And It works pretty fine. I discovered about 7-eleven drop-off branches making it easier for me to send parcels.

My Experience:

  1. It is easier for me to just drop the package at 7-eleven stores so you won't have to wait for the driver to pick your items. Don't worry about the pouch and waybill because the 7-eleven branch would provide them for you. Just approach the cashier and pay the fee. You could leave your parcel 24/7. Usually, the rider schedules the pick up at 7-eleven at 5pm so it would be delivered the next day. Click here for the list of 7-eleven Drop-off areas.
  2. Tracking numbers for waybill created online: Tracking these items are much easier. But most of the tracking are not updated real time. It just says here that the package is "On-route" or "For delivery" or "transferred to LBC". Once Provincial items are transferred to LBC, you cannot track them anymore.
  3. For manual waybills, I find it difficult to track these items. It takes usually a day before we could track the items online.
  4. How long will the packages arrive? (My experience)
    1. Metro Manila to Metro Manila = 1-2 days
    2. Metro Manila to Provincial (Luzon) = 2-3 days
    3. Metro Manila to Provincial (Vis & Min) = 5days
    4. Provincial (Luzon) to Metro Manila = 2-4 days
    5. Provincial (Luzon) to Provincial (Luz,Vis & Min = 5-7 days

VERDICT: It is advisable to use Xend only in Metro Manila.
I went back to Laguna for good and I found it difficult to send items via Xend in our area because the drop-off branch is far plus the provincial rate is not budget-friendly. I shifted to Fastrack for this reason. But if I were to continue my business in Manila, I could continue to use Xend as my main courrier :)
